The relief behind the celebration

You should be a guest at your own wedding.

A South Asian wedding can hold several events, two families, generations of traditions and hundreds of interconnected decisions. While you are comparing vendors, reviewing contracts, organizing hotels, answering relatives and trying to protect the schedule, your regular life does not pause.

TBB becomes the calm point between the couple, the families, the venue and every professional involved. We listen first, organize what matters, make responsibilities visible and lead the work that allows everyone else to celebrate.

What we carry for you

Planning is valuable when it gives you back time, clarity and confidence. Our work is designed around those outcomes.

Your time, returned

We organize research, conversations, decisions and follow-up so wedding planning does not take over every evening and weekend.

02

Your investment, protected

We compare scope, review important contract details, track the budget and help identify gaps before they become expensive surprises.

Your people, prepared

Family members, venues and vendors receive clear information, responsibilities and timing—so questions are answered before the celebration begins.

Three ways to feel fully supported

Choose the level of partnership that meets you where you are. If you are unsure, we will recommend the right fit after learning about your wedding.

Prepared early · Shared clearly · Built to work

A timeline everyone can actually use

Our timelines are not decorative schedules created during wedding week. We build the working master plan around the moments that cannot move—venue access, guest arrival, ceremonies, meal service, transportation, room readiness and photography windows—then work backward to establish realistic preparation and readiness times.

When decisions and vendor information are received on schedule, our goal is to have the core working timeline prepared approximately one month before the wedding. This allows venues and vendors to review their responsibilities, raise conflicts and confirm practical details before the final rush.

Each major vendor then receives a focused timeline that speaks to their role: arrival, access, load-in, setup, testing, sound check, ready time, cues, dependencies and contact information. The family receives a clear version designed to protect their attention—not overwhelm it.

Vendor guidance with history and honesty

Relationships built across twenty-five years in the wedding industry

Longstanding vendor relationships give us more than a list of names. They give us perspective. We understand how one vendor’s timing affects another, what questions should be answered before a contract is signed and how to communicate when a decision needs to be practical—not merely attractive.

Our recommendations and negotiations remain transparent.

We compare the complete scope, discuss options clearly and keep you involved in the decision. Sometimes value is a better price. Sometimes it is the correct staffing, added coverage, clearer overtime terms or an important responsibility placed in writing. Our purpose is to help you choose with confidence.

A TBB difference few planners can offer

Planning through a photographer and filmmaker’s eyes

A wedding must work beautifully before it can be photographed beautifully. Amish’s experience through Fine Art Production brings an uncommon understanding of light, timing, family movement, vendor readiness and the moments that cannot be repeated.

That perspective helps us protect getting-ready coverage, portraits, ceremonies and transitions while keeping the day comfortable for the couple and families. It is not about turning the wedding into a photo shoot. It is about making sure thoughtful planning leaves room for real moments to happen.

Cultural understanding without a formula

South Asian weddings are not one-size-fits-all.

We understand the scale, traditions and family dynamics of multi-event weddings. We also understand that no two families practice, prioritize or celebrate in exactly the same way. We listen to your customs, clarify responsibilities and build one coordinated plan around the wedding that belongs to you.

Guest experience is part of the plan

Parents should be hosts—not the weekend help desk.

Hotel information, transportation, rooming lists, RSVP follow-up and guest messaging may appear small when viewed separately. Together, they determine whether the wedding feels organized. TBB helps build the communication and movement plan that keeps guests informed and allows parents to welcome people with grace instead of answering the same logistical questions all day.
